MEET OLIVER
We met him at a near-by shelter.
The photos on the left were what the shelter had before we came.
The photo on the right is just one of the images we captured for them.
Although most dogs in this shelter spend an average of 15 days waiting to
go home, Oliver had been there over 60 days!
As a matter of fact, we found out TEN other dogs had been waiting for someone to notice them for as many as 100 or even 200 days (or more)!
That's a really long time to be in a shelter.
Why are we telling you about this?
BECAUSE TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE!!!
Professional photos are so much more noticable and represent the rescue pup so much better. This translates into quicker adoptions, which means fewer days in the shelter, which means healthier, happier pups! It also means the space they vacate is now available for another animal that needs to be saved.<img src="https://static.wixstatic.com/media/5e9922_c812a646f00a4a9eb04d1d8f44771c57.png_256" width="22" height="22">
THIS MEANS - PHOTOS CAN SAVE LIVES
This is just the beginning. We've been working really hard behind the scenes to make contacts, set up tracking and build communication and collaboration procedures.
We have fleshed out a plan to help long-termers everywhere.
We want them to get to their forever homes faster.
We don't want to stop with just one shelter.
100 DOGS NEED OUR HELP!!!
We photographed the first 11 already. We are going to need some help to get to 100.
WILL YOU HELP US?
You can sponsor photos for more dogs like Oliver!!!
For each shelter shoot, we will set up tracking, travel to and from a shelter, have a photo shoot with each pup, process the images, retouch at least 5 great photos, create a collage, post on Social Media (complete with descriptions and links), deliver to the shelter for their Social Media, Newsletters and online adoption portal.
We can do all of this with your pledge of just $35
We want to change the world of Rescue. We want to help it to continue to evolve into a smoothe-running machine that moves dogs (and cats) from bad situations to good ones, more quickly and easily. Helping the long-termers get new eyes on them is just one part of the solution, but we think we can make a huge impact.
Just click below if you want to help us photograph 89 more long-termers,
to bring us to our first 100!
